Kelly’s grandparents were instrumental in her upbringing, which is where her forever love of seniors was born. “Working in senior living fills my heart with happiness as so many residents remind me of my wonderful grandparents,” she says, having spent 21 years in sales and operations in senior living.

As Business Office Director, Kelly has the opportunity to help support other team members at The Reserve. It’s this teamwork that really inspires her, and why creativity is the core value that resonates so strongly. “I love thinking outside the box and building upon the ideas of other team members,” says Kelly. “I love the synergy that it creates!”

Spending a snowy Christmas in her hometown of Buffalo, New York, is Kelly’s idea of a perfect vacation. And her favorite pastime is rooting for the Buffalo Bills during football season, along with her dad and her siblings. Kelly is also a proud mother of two adult children and three precious grandchildren.
